Faithful 교회의 지향하는 것들:

Bible study: Faithful 교회가 지향하는 것들 중의 하나입니다. 하나님이 원하시는 삶을 살고 싶다면 어떻게 우리는 하나님의 음성을 깨달을 수 있습니까? 우리는 이미 살면서 너무나 많은 소리를 들으며 사는데 익숙해져 있습니다. 무엇이 옳은 길인지 어떻게 구별할 수 있습니까? 하나님의  말씀을 통해 그 분이 누구신지, 무엇을 좋아하시는지, 그리고 싫어하시는지를 알아가게 될 때 우리는 그 분의 목소리를 세상의 소리로부터 구분할 수 있습니다.  길거리를 지나가도 나를 부르는 엄마의 소리를 들을 수 있는 것처럼.

기도와 중보 사역: 기도는 우리의 영적인 호흡입니다. 호흡 없이 우리가 살 수 없듯이 하나님으로부터 생명을 받은 우리의 삶에 기도없는 삶은 무기력한 삶이되며 때로는 죽은 것와 같은 삶을 살 수 있습니다. 하나님의 능력을 체험하고 누리는 것은 기도를 통해 일어납니다. 전교인들이 기도를 할 수 있도록 시간을 여러개로 나누었습니다. 우리가 기도의 능력을 체험하면 할수록 하나님은 우리에게 기도 중보의 영역으로 초대하십니다. 우리가 보지 못하고 느끼지 못했던 일들에 대하여 기도할 책임을 주십니다. Faithful 교회는 이런 중보기도사역에 온전히 헌신하고자 합니다.

하나님의 가족 안에서의 교제 : 하나님은 예수 그리스도를 통해 새로운 하나님의 가족을 허락하셨습니다. 육신의 가족이 피로 연합되어진 공동체이기에 끊어질 수 없는 것처럼, 예수님의 피로 맺어진 하나님의 가족으로 서로를 섬기고 같은 곳을 보며, 같은 것에 아파하며, 같은 곳을 향해 걸어가는 삶은 이 지친 삶에서 우리에게 허락하신 놀라운 비밀입니다.

Bible Study: As we live our lives, we find ourselves accustomed to many different voices around us. However, in order to live a life that’s pleasing to God, we need to be able to discern God’s voice.  By meditating on the word of God, we are able to learn more about our God—who He is, what He likes and dislikes, and what He commands us to do. As we gain a better understanding of God through His word, we will be more sensitive to His voice and be able to discern what is right and what is wrong.

Prayer: Prayer is our spiritual breath. Just as we cannot live without breathing, a life in God without prayer is powerless and akin to dying. In order to experience and live out God’s power, we need prayer in our lives. God invites everyone to pray to Him and participate in personal prayer and prayer for His people.

Fellowship within the Family of God: God has blessed us with a new family through Jesus Christ. Just as physical ties can never be broken, the blood of Jesus unites the family of God eternally. As we serve one another and walk together in God with the same purpose, God blesses us with brothers and sisters who become our strength and encouragement to live as children of God.
